Enabling LTI is done globally in Blackboard. Once the tool is configured, it will show up in all courses. Should you wish to limit the availability of the tool, this is possible by going to System Admin, then clicking Tools.

Configuring the tool

1. Go to System Admin, click LTI Tool Providers

2. Click Register LTI 1.3/Advantage Tool

3. Fill out the Client ID corresponding with your region:

Europe: 44a61a9d-e280-46dd-80e0-0dbe3bd3511a

United States: 644d5f5d-eba0-4ba0-b093-9686ed685e6b

Australia: ead793ad-10bd-417d-92d6-5bad509a9172

4. Click Submit

5. Copy the Deployment ID

5. Fill out the following fields:

Provider Domain Status: Approved

Tool Provider Custom Parameters: [email protected]@[email protected]@

User Fields to Send: Role in Course, Name, Email Address

Allow grade service access: Yes

Allow Membership Service Access: Yes

6. Click Submit

Please send the Deployment ID to us, so we can create the deployment on our side too.

Configuring the placement

1. Hover over the FeedbackFruits LTI 1.3 Tool, click the arrow, and click Manage Placements

2. Click Create Placement

3. Fill out the fields:

Label: FeedbackFruits
Handle: feedbackfruits

Availability: Yes
Type: Course content tool
Allows grading: check

Target Link URI:


5. Click Submit
