Improvements for teachers and LMS admins

New use cases for Feedback-on-Feedback from Teachers

Earlier this semester we released the ‘Feedback-on-Feedback’ step which allows teachers to view a compilation of all the feedback students have provided and review it based on assessment criteria distinct to the peer feedback criteria.

We have now made it possible for collaboration options that include a group submission!

Additionally, for Learning Design Studio users, the feedback can now also be grouped by steps when activities include multiple rounds of feedback.

New Releases

Learning Design Studio Onboarding

The Learning Design Studio now includes an interactive guided tour to help every educator get started faster and design with confidence. The tour walks users through all the key features of the studio and is shown automatically to all first-time users upon launch.

This development has been made possible through co-creation with the following partners: Breda University of Applied Sciences, HAS green academy, De Haagse Hogeschool, Hogeschool Inholland, Hogeschool Leiden, Hogeschool Rotterdam, Hogeschool Saxion, Hogeschool Windesheim, and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Setup Wizard exit flow

Setup Wizard experience has been enhanced to provide better flexibility and clarity when configuring your integration:

• Resume progress at any time. Administrators can now exit the Setup Wizard and later return to continue exactly where they left off, without losing any previously completed steps.

• Clear integration status visibility. When revisiting the wizard, administrators can easily check the current status of their integration setup, including which steps remain.

These improvements aim to streamline the onboarding process, reduce configuration delays, and ensure a smoother experience for administrators managing their institution’s integrations.

Auto generated subtitles v2

Automatic subtitles generation in Interactive Video activity helps ensure video content is accessible and engaging for all learners by providing high-quality transcripts with minimal effort required from educators.

• Significantly faster processing enabled by new Fast Transcription technology. Subtitle generation now performs approximately 3–5 times faster than the previous version, without compromising accuracy or quality.

• Improved language selection reliability. Users will now only see languages that are fully supported, preventing “Locale not supported” errors.

• Support for multiple subtitle languages. Subtitles can now be generated in more than one language simultaneously.

• Updated user interface. The subtitle dialog has been refined to align with our latest design standards, improving usability and consistency.
