From October 31st, the way My Library works for users in multiple environments will change.
What’s changing?
Previously, your My Library was shared across all environments you were part of. After the update, each environment will have its own separate library.
To ensure nothing is lost, all your existing templates (activities, rubrics, and learning journeys) will be duplicated across environments before the update.
Before October 31st: Templates you create in one environment appear in all environments.
After October 31st: Templates stay in the environment where you create them.
Example:
Let’s say you’re part of two environments:
Sandbox environment (where you test new ideas)
Production environment (where you teach live classes)
After October 31st, any templates created in the Sandbox environment will stay in Sandbox only.
