Introduction

This guide will walk you through how to use the Setup Wizard to integrate FeedbackFruits with your learning management system, Moodle. This guide is intended for site admins and IT personnel - if you do not have the permissions to access your LMS admin environment, you will not be able to use the Wizard, so please ensure you have the appropriate permissions before starting the setup process.

It’s important that you reach out to your Partner/Pilot Manager at FeedbackFruits before using this Wizard so they can support your implementation.

Getting Started

To begin, please select your LMS from the list:

Step 1: Setup LTI Integration

Each step in the Wizard has the appropriate instructions added - please read the given instructions carefully as you proceed through the steps. 

Login to your Moodle environment and follow the steps in the screenshot below:

Copy the Tool URL button by pressing Copy URL and paste this value in your Moodle environment as shown in the below screenshot:

Fill in the requisite details within Moodle:

Once the details have been filled in, click the red save button and then the green continue button within the FeedbackFruits Wizard.

On the next screen, press the Activate button under FeedbackFruits in the tools category to enable registration. 

Step 2: Verify LTI Integration

Once you have successfully registered the FeedbackFruits tool to your course, please follow the instructions provided in screenshot below and use the Detect Launch button to complete the verification process.

Step 3: Setup API Integration

Follow the instructions from the screenshot below - when you click continue, you will be taken through the subsequent steps in turn within your Moodle environment. 

Follow steps 10 and 11 in your Moodle environment, use your Moodle API key at step 11 and press Enable API:

Congratulations - at this point, your setup is successfully completed and you can start using FeedbackFruits within your Moodle integration!
