Enabling sign-in for FeedbackFruits
When students and teachers open FeedbackFruits in Microsoft Teams, FeedbackFruits requests the following permissions at sign-in:

User.ReadTo sign the user in and read their basic profile -
EduRoster.ReadBasicTo look up the signed-in user's SIS ID in education tenants
Because EduRoster.ReadBasic requires administrator approval, an admin needs to grant consent once for the whole organization before students and teachers can sign in. Until this is done, users will see a "Need admin approval" error in the Microsoft sign-in window.

Enabling the Microsoft API for FeedbackFruits
FeedbackFruits can automatically synchronize team membership using the Microsoft API. With the API enabled, team owners are recognized as teachers in FeedbackFruits, and members and guests are recognized as students. We recommend turning this on, so teachers don't have to manually invite other teachers to FeedbackFruits tabs in their team.
We request the following API permissions:

Team.ReadBasic.AllTo look up basic information about a team, like its name -
TeamMember.Read.AllTo look up the members of a team -
Channel.ReadBasic.AllTo look up basic information about a channel, like its name -
ChannelMember.Read.AllTo look up the members of a channel -
EduRoster.Read.AllTo look up teams and channels in education tenants -
Member.Read.HiddenTo look up the members of a team in education tenants -
User.Read.AllTo look up the names and email addresses of team members
We can only look up details for teams and users whose IDs we already know, which we obtain when FeedbackFruits is added to a team.
To grant FeedbackFruits access to the API, please visit the following link and sign in as an administrator of your organization.
After you have granted the consent, please provide us with your Tenant ID so we can enable the API integration on our side.
