Accessibility notice when students download submissions
Whenever a student downloads a review in PDF form, they will see a warning pop up on their screen informing them that their peers' review document doesn't fully conform with all accessibility guidelines for PDF documents. The student can opt out of this reminder by ticking the 'Don't show this again' box.

Flagging and deleting topics in Discussion on Topic
In the same way as comments and review comments can be reported with the Flag-To-Teacher functionality, topics can now also be reported to the teacher. Teachers can then delete such topics when necessary. This new feature also allows teachers to delete topics even when not reported by students.
