As a first step, the teacher will have to start a live broadcast; once that is done, you will be able to join the presentation via the displayed link.
Alternatively, you can join by accessing the presentation module in your LMS, and joining the live session by clicking "Join Live Presentation".
Once this is done, you will have to wait until the teacher starts the actual presentation; this will usually happen once a majority of the students in your class have joined the session.
As soon as the presentation starts, you will be guided through the slides as you would in a normal presentation. There are, however, two main differences:
You will see the presentation unfolding in real time on the main screen controlled by the teacher, but also on your own device (which means you can also join remotely, if you're invited/receive the link).
Interactive Presentations can (and most likely, will) contain questions (open or multiple choice), which you can answer from your own device.
Multiple Choice Questions
Questions appear as would slides, and you have to answer. Also, questions may or may not be timed. Thus, be mindful of the timer - if it ends, you might not be able to answer the question anymore.
Once your answer is received, you will have to wait for the teacher to continue the presentation. Once the teacher decides to reveal the correct answer, you will if you were right or wrong on this one.
The presentation will continue, and you will see new slides as the presenter progresses. Note that during the presentation, you will be able, in student view, to navigate to any slide that was presented before (for example, to check info relevant for a question) by using the left and right arrows on your keyboard.
Open Questions
Your teacher can also ask open questions during the presentation. The answer steps are the same as for the multiple choice questions. You will see the question first, and a text box below where you can write your answer. When you finish typing, you can press the blue check button to submit your answer.
After you submit your answer, if the timer has not finished, you can still edit it by pressing on the pencil icon or delete it by pressing on the bin icon.

Slide Availability
After the presentation ends, you may or may not be able to access the slides, depending on the settings your teacher chooses. It is also possible that you may be able to access slides before they're presented, again, depending on the presenter's settings. Make sure to ask your teacher about these aspects if you're wondering about later access to the slides.
