Admin Dashboards Introduction
An Admin Dashboard provides you with vital insights about your FeedbackFruits integration with your Learning Management System (LMS), enabling you to understand the usage and interaction of students, teachers, designers, and teaching assistants with the FeedbackFruits tooling. You will gain information about how much time users spend on the platform, the overall status of the system, and the integrations between your LMS and the platform.
For each metric, such as 'Courses' or 'Teachers', the dashboard displays the cumulative data at the center. Below that, the second number with the arrow pointing up indicates the usage increase in the past month.

In addition, the Admin Dashboard is a powerful tool that, in the near future, will offer you the ability to control what features are being used and to configure them as needed.
This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions to manually configure your Admin Dashboard for both the Blackboard and Canvas (Instructure). At the moment, we only support the integration of these two LMSs. However, if you are using Canvas (Instructure) inherited configurations, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Blackboard Integration Configuration
To set up the Admin Dashboard in your Blackboard environment, please follow the next steps:
Log in to your Blackboard Administrator account.
Navigate to the "FeedbackFruits LTI Tool Provider" settings.
Add a new placement by providing the following details:
Label: FeedbackFruits Dashboard
Availability: Yes
Handle: feedbackfruits-admin
Type: Administrator tool
Target Link URI: https://api.feedbackfruits.com/v1/lti/launch/admin
Save the settings.
The FeedbackFruits Dashboard will now appear under the "Tools and Utilities" section in the System Admin panel of Blackboard.

Canvas (Instructure) Integration Configuration
To set up the Admin Dashboard in your Canvas (Instructure) environment, please follow the next steps:
Log in to your Canvas Administrator account.
Go to the "Admin" section.
Select "Developer keys" from the sidebar menu.
Click on the ✏️ "Edit this key” button.
Add Tool configuration in the Placements field.
Under the "Account Navigation" section, fill in the section with the following information:
Text: FeedbackFruits Dashboard
Icon Url: Administrator tool
Target Link URI: https://api.feedbackfruits.com/v1/lti/launch/admin
Add https://api.feedbackfruits.com/v1/lti/launch/admin to the Redirect URIs field.
Save the settings.
