The Valuable Contributions module can be added to Discussion Assignments before the reflect step that allows students to select other students most valuable contributions after they have finished doing all the previous steps.
Select the module at the bottom of the assignment by clicking on the '+' symbol.
After the module has been added to the assignment, you can set the instructions, deadline and amount of valuable contributions that have to be selected by the students.
Students can earn additional grade points by having their contribution selected as valuable. The amount of points that can be earned can be set up in Configurable Grading.
