How do I navigate to course groups on the platform?

This article helps you navigate from 'my courses' to separate groups and explains how to create a new course.

Updated over 3 years ago

When looking for your course or class, it is handy to know where you can find what. The picture below shows you an example of the different courses this person has in FbF. As you can see there are 2 courses displayed.

If you click on the name of the course, you will be navigated to the courses' page. Here you can place any information regarding the course, as seen in screenshot below.

If you click on the pointed-down arrow next to the course name, without clicking on the name itself, a drop-down list will appear. This list shows you the different groups that are linked to this course. See screenshot below.

Clicking on the name of the group will then lead you to your class/group in that course. So, if student A is in class CM1A and follows Marketing 1.1, student A has to click on CM1A in the drop-down list to show this class' information.

Another way of navigating to your courses and course groups,

is by clicking on menu in the top left.

In this menu you can click on my courses (x). The number in brackets indicates how many courses you have.
Your course menu unfolds and you now you can easily navigate between courses and course groups without navigating back to your homepage. In the screenshot below, you see the course: FeedbackFruits demo, and the course groups: Test Strategic Management G1 and Test HRM. Clicking on the name of one of the course groups will bring you right away to the page of this group. From this group you can navigate to the other group by unfolding the menu in the top left (screenshot above) again and clicking on the name of the other group.

How do I create a new course?

It is not possible to create a new course with a teacher role, to do this, you need to have the role of course coordinator. Please contact our support through the intercom (blue bubble in lower left corner) to ask if they could either create a new course for you or assign you the course coordinator role if applicable.
